SUE MacGregor and Jamie Joughin have been appointed to Barclays Wealth's intermediary and institutional wealth solutions team.

The team, headed by Steve McCafferty, services Barclays Wealth’s top 100 intermediary and institutional clients who have the most complex and specialist banking and investment requirements.

Both Sue and Jamie recently joined the team as relationship managers to complement the existing team of nine relationship managers, account executives and administration staff.

Sue joined Barclays Wealth from RBS PLC London where she was based in their major corporate division heading a business development unit which spanned the retail, leisure and media, financial institutions, healthcare and industrial sectors.

Jamie joined the team from his previous role within Barclays Wealth as service and support manager for Barclays Wealth intermediaries.

Steve McCafferty said: "We recognise the importance to our clients of delivering superior end to end service.

"Having professional relationship managers is just part of this service; they are also supported by a dedicated middle and back office.

"The addition of Sue and Jamie to the team means that we can provide a service that is second to none to our clients with the most complex and specialist banking and investment requirements.

"We are confident that the new IIWS team offers clients an unrivalled service to meet their needs."
