by isleofman.com 23rd September 2010

ISLE of Man-based property developer Dandara has won two awards at the Herald Property Awards for its gh2o development in Glasgow.

It won the Best Apartment and Best Show Home under 1,800sqft categories.

The development, located in the thriving Glasgow harbourside, has now won a total of 13 awards.

Dandara managing director Seamus Nugent said: "As an Isle of Man-based company it is extremely gratifying to win two further high profile UK awards, which are a testament to the hard work of everyone involved.

"Our aim is always to provide stylish yet affordable homes and gh2o's contemporary design and high level of specification has played a key part in the development's success.

"Despite tough market conditions gh2o has continued to prove very popular with everyone from first-time buyers to investors looking for long term capital growth and good rental yields."

Talking about the development, the judging team commented: "gh2o is an upmarket property with good usable space and storage…with an interior, layout and finish that perfectly reflect the target market."
