Mark Cavendish - exclusive interview

The Manx Missile Mark Cavendish has told Manx Radio he's looking forward to representing the Isle of Man in tomorrow's road race at the Comonwealth Games in Delhi.

He's favourite to win the 167 kilometre race on a pan-flat course suited to sprinters.

But he knows his opponents - the Kiwis and Australians presenting the biggest challenge - will be marking him all the way.

Speaking in Delhi this morning Cav told our sports editor Tim Glover it meant a lot to compete for his home nation:
