THE third series of one-day workshops for local marketing professionals will take place in November.
The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Isle of Man branch will hold the workshop - Search Engine Optimisation - on Thursday, November 25.
Marketers will be provided with an invaluable understanding of how to compete and succeed using search engine marketing and the difference between search engine optimisation and paid searches.
Cathy Cowin, chair of CIM Isle of Man , said: "Nearly all searches for new products and services involve the web at some stage. In fact it's hard to imagine a world without search engines to help us find what we need when we need it.
"It's important to use proven techniques and tools to maximise opportunities to direct your customers to relevant pages.
"This invaluable workshop will help all marketers to understand this process."
The workshop will be delivered by visiting CIM accredited course directors and will be held at St John's Mill near Tynwald Mills.
Places on the workshop are limited to 12 delegates only so early registration is advised. The cost is £200 for CIM members or £260 for non-members.
