KPMG recieves renewed status as Investors in People

by isleofman.com 27th October 2010

KPMG LLC has had its Investors in People (IIP) accreditation renewed for a further three years.

The status is a national quality standard which sets a level of good practice for improving performance in an organisation through its people.

The company was subject to a two day review which incorporated over 20 interviews with randomly selected members of staff.

This resulted in a UK panel confirming that KPMG should retain the Investors in People status.

Russell Kelly KPMG's director said: "We are delighted to have had our Investors In People accreditation reconfirmed for a further three years.  Our Investors in People status shows that we are truly involved in developing our employees and giving them a chance to work towards their professional goals.  I am grateful to our staff for helping contribute to such significant recognition."

KPMG first became an Investor in People in August 2004.
