New non-executive director at Thomas Miller Investment

THOMAS Miller Investment (Isle of Man) Limited has appointed Phil O'Shea as a non-executive director.

 

Phil has more than 30 years' experience in the financial services sector and has held various senior positions since moving to the Island in 1997.

 

He has been president and remains an active committee member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (IFS School of Finance), Chairman of the Isle of Man Bankers' Association, and the independent charity Crimestoppers. He is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

 

In April 2010 he established "Blueprint" - a business consultancy focused upon providing added value advice and guidance on issues of strategic development, business risks, and corporate governance.

 

Phil said: "I am delighted to be joining the Board of Thomas Miller Investment (Isle of Man) Limited. The company has exciting plans to grow and diversify over the coming years and I am keen to provide local guidance and assistance.

 

"The Thomas Miller group has 125 years of history and a culture that is focussed on delivering the highest standards of service and performance to be part of that is fantastic."
