Institute of Directors recruiting for secretary role

by isleofman.com 22nd November 2010

THE local branch of the Institute of Directors is looking for a secretary.

The position is supported by an administrative arrangement with another resource that provides assistance with communications and compiling minutes from meetings.

Branch chairman Sally Bolton said that the role would suit someone involved in business at a senior level who has recently retired.

It would be an opportunity to keep in touch with colleagues and still be involved in the business community - as well as promoting and developing the role of the Institute of Directors.

The position is unpaid but reasonable expenses will be met.

Anyone who is interested should contact Debbie Corlett care of the Chamber of Commerce, Capital House, Circular Road, Douglas.
