Major new contracts for PDMS

by isleofman.com 26th November 2010

PDMS have secured places on two new software development frameworks and have recently signed a contract with Sussex HIS (Health Informatics Services).

The Manx-based company is now one of the Sussex HIS approved suppliers on the Technical Services Framework which covers a wide range of services from web design to application development.

Sussex HIS is the largest informatics service in the NHS, providing services to more than 36,000 users, predominately across NHS organisations in Sussex, although on occasion also providing IM&T services across the South East Coast.

The Sussex HIS contract award follows another recent tender success for PDMS who have won a place on a software developer’s framework for Parliament ICT at the House of Lords and House of Commons.  Parliament ICT have established the framework to supply software developers to work on in house software development projects.

Giles Milner, PDMS director, said, “We are delighted to have secured places on both of these frameworks, based on the strength of our software engineering expertise and our successful track record in the public sector”.
