THE Junior Chamber of Commerce (JCC) will host the annual property outlook 2011 presented by Chrystals Estates Agents later this month.

It will take place at the Cushag Suite at the Palace Hotel (formerly the Hilton Hotel), Douglas, on Tuesday, January 25, at 6pm.

It costs £9 for members and £14 for non members.

Previous property outlook presentations have proved extremely popular so those planning on attending are encouraged to book their tickets as soon as possible.

The presentation will review trends from 2010 and the outlook for 2011.

While focusing primarily on the Isle of Man there will also be discussion on the UK and further afield and how wider markets may affect the Island.

Afterwards there will be questions in an open floor discussion.

A spokesman said: "Factors like double-dip fears, recovery time-scale and taxation have effected property prices over the last few years so it will be interesting to hear what the professionals think 2011 may hold."
