BANK of Ireland Offshore marked its 30th anniversary with an event in Douglas on Friday evening.
The bank's annual New Year gathering took place at the Courthouse Club in Athol Street with key clients, intermediaries and media among the guests.
Bank of Ireland Offshore opened in the Isle of Man in July 1981 and to mark the milestone a year-long programme of events has been planned.
Managing director of Business Banking (Ireland and UK) Mark Cunningham said: "We're all very much looking forward to the year ahead, which marks a significant anniversary for Bank of Ireland in the Isle of Man.
"Our customers are the heart of our business and we would like to thank them all, past and present, for their support over the last 30 years and we look forward to serving their needs in the future.
"The staff in Douglas are also delighted to use the occasion to plan fundraising events from which six local charities will benefit.
"The Isle of Man Children's Centre, Hospice Isle of Man, Age Concern, Guide Dogs for the Blind, Manx Foundation for the Physically Disabled and Crossroads Caring for Carers will receive a boost from fundraising activities that will be undertaken by staff, as well as taking part in volunteering opportunities."
The Isle of Man became the headquarters of Bank of Ireland's offshore operations in 2005.
