AUDIT and professional services firm KPMG has been given a series of accolades by two separate industry commentators - International Fund Investment and Operational Risk & Regulation Magazine.
KPMG was awarded the title of Best Auditor in 2010 by International Fund Investment (IFI), an asset management magazine, think tank and research centre with a particular focus on offshore jurisdictions.
Its annual Fund Domicile Service Provider Awards acknowledge service providers which stand out over the course of the year, with the winners being selected through a mix of industry votes, client feedback and an external panel of independent judges who assessed the firms across the international jurisdictions.
In addition to this prestigious award, KPMG has also been ranked first in 2010 for Enterprise-wide Compliance & Risk Management Strategy, Regulation Strategy and Anti-Money Laundering services by Operational Risk & Regulation Magazine. Operational Risk & Regulation is a monthly industry magazine which provides annual rankings across a range of categories.
“As a firm we are very proud to have been recognised by these two industry commentators as amongst the best in our fields,” said David McGarry, managing partner of KPMG Isle of Man.
“This is a tribute to KPMG’s international strength in a range of service areas and to our many audit and risk & compliance professionals, who are providing exemplary service to our clients every single day.
“The IFI award is especially welcome, as it incorporates client feedback into the selection process.”
