A concert to support the treatment and rehabilitation of British soldiers wounded in Afghanistan is being staged this Saturday (April 16).
'Salute to the Brave' will feature Irish international soprano Margaret Keys, the Warrington Male Voice Choir and Manx Concert Brass, with Geoff Corkish MHK the compere for the evening.
Proceeds will go to the Royal Centre for Defence Medicine Fund at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham. The hospital, a joint NHS and military facility, is where all wounded British soldiers are taken for treatment.

The concert is in the Royal Hall at the Villa Marina at 7.30pm, with tickets costing ?15.
