SOME TT riders have expressed their concern about taking part in the already delayed Supersport 2 Race this afternoon.
John McGuiness, Bruce Anstey and Keith Amor told Manx Radio TT that going out in the current conditions would be a lottery”.
Due to rainfall there are damp patches around the circuit and the riders said they would prefer the race to be delayed further.
John McGuiness said: "I don't want to go out in these patchy conditions. It's not going to be a race it's going to be a lottery. I want it to be right and if it's dry I'll get stuck in. If not I’m not interested."
Bruce Anstey added: "Wet patches aren't good for us at all."
The racers said they had made their feelings known to race organisers.
Despite their concerns all of the mentioned riders have since started the race.
