PEOPLE who have bought VIP ticket packages for the Elton John concert on Thursday should be contacted directly by the Isle of Man Bay Festival Ltd.

The Office of Fair Trading has today confirmed that it has spoken to the promoters of the concert, Marshall Arts Ltd, who have released the tickets for platinum and gold hospitality packages.

These tickets have been sent by courier to the Isle of Man Bay Festival Ltd.

Marshall Arts Ltd is not responsible for the delivery of the hospitality element of the package which the Office of Fair Trading says remains with Isle of Man Bay Festival Ltd.

Marshall Arts Ltd has said it is their understanding that the Isle of Man Bay Festival Ltd will contact the ticket holders directly to provide both the seat ticket and details of the hospitality arrangements.
