by isleofman.com 15th August 2011

THE 'boutique' cruise ship Clipper Odyssey will call at Douglas tomorrow (Tuesday).

The 5,218 ton vessel called at both Port St Mary and Port Erin earlier this year on two separate occasions.

Clipper Odyssey, which is registered in the Bahamas, has spent the summer on a series of Round Britain cruises in addition to visits to the Baltic and north west Europe and passengers visiting on this cruise are from Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

She can carry up to 120 passengers with 73 crew and is operated by the Clipper Cruise Line.

During her call to Douglas it is anticipated she will berth alongside Victoria Quay.
