An Isle of Man tourist had a lucky escape at the weekend after falling 100 feet down a cliff in Newquay.

The 26-year-old man, who hasn't been named, fell from a cliff edge above Towan Beach in the early hours of Sunday morning.

He suffered broken ribs, and injuries to his abdomen and face and is still in hospital.
