Legacy of Robin Gibb

Figures from the worlds of music and politics have paid their respects to Bee Gees singer Robin Gibb, who has died at the age of 62.

The focus of the world’s media is on the Manxman who formed the Bee Gees with his brothers has died at the age of 62.

With his twin, Maurice and their older brother Barry, he wrote and performed dozens of hits and sold more than 200 million records.

BBC Reporter Simon Thomson says it’s quite a legacy.
