Saga Sapphire visits Jewel in the Irish Sea

by isleofman.com 4th July 2012

The latest cruise ship to visit the Isle of Man is in the Bay today - though you may not have known it earlier!

The Saga Sapphire, originally launched in 1981 as the MS Europa, arrived at 7am but wasn't really visible until thick mist lifted later this morning.

It's understood that so far her 600 passengers have been unable to get ashore and it's not currently known how long she's intending to stay in Manx waters.
