Rutter on Macau pole again

Seven-time Macau Grand Prix winner Michael Rutter is on pole for the 2012 race tomorrow.

"The Blade" was marginally quicker than SMT Honda team-mate John McGuinness with Martin Jessop in third.

Ramsey Rocket Conor Cummins is fifth on the grid just behind Gary Johnson and ahead of Horst Saigar.

The other Manx rider competing is Dan Kneen who finished qualifying in an excellent 9th place.

James Storrar - 8th
James Hillier - 10th
James McBride - 12th
Rico Penzkofer - 13th
Steve Mercer - 14th
Mark Miller - 16th
David Johnson - 17th
Steve Henneghan - 18th
Davy Morgan - 20th

Yoshinari Matsushita, Brandon Cretu and Jamie Hamilton were outside the qualification times but may be allowed to race if the organisers agree.
