Rescheduled Public Accounts Committee: Signature

The Public Accounts Committee, a Standing Committee of Tynwald, will be taking oral evidence in public next week.

The rescheduled session will form part of the Committee’s investigation of the contract between the Department of Tourism and Leisure and Signature Sponsorship Limited and related matters and will take place on Wednesday 31st October 2012 at 10.30 am. The witnesses appearing on this occasion will be as follows:

10.30 am Hon David Cretney MHK, former Minister for Tourism and Leisure, and Mrs Carol Glover, former Chief Executive of the Department of Tourism and Leisure

11.30 am Mr Geoff Le Page, formerly of the Department of Tourism and Leisure

The evidence will be taken in public in the Legislative Council Chamber, Legislative Buildings, Bucks Road, Douglas. Members of the public are welcome to attend.

The Public Accounts Committee comprises Mr A L Cannan MHK (Chairman), Mr C G Corkish MHK (Vice Chairman), Mr D M W Butt MLC, Mrs B J Cannell MHK, and Mr L I Singer MHK.
