Following their entry into the Parish Walk in June this year, MEA’s Corporate Team “Energized” raised sponsorship money totalling ?1,200.
The 4-man Team achieved second-place in the Corporate Challenge only being pipped to the post by a visiting team from Africa. “Team Energized” consisted of Network Cable Jointing staff Stephen Caley and Brian Kinrade together with colleagues from Pulrose Power Station Colin Gilbert and Joseph Witchell. A combined total of 225.5miles was covered in 59 hours, 18 minutes. Congratulations also to Stephen who was a first-time finisher.
Cheques were presented to IoM Breastcare and Friends of Robert Owen House by the team at Pulrose Power Station on 23rd October.
