Ramsey all fired up for November 5th

by isleofman.com 25th October 2012

A ‘right royal’ fireworks spectacular is set to happen in Ramsey on Monday November 5th.

Ramsey Town Commissioners will be holding their annual fireworks display in Mooragh Park at 7.30pm. The display will be fired from the Mooragh lake island and magnificent views are promised from the vicinity of the Lakeside Centre where drinks and hot snacks will be on sale.

Parking will be available at the Mooragh amenity car park adjacent to the Ramsey Rugby Club building and on the promenade. Additionally, disabled drivers will be permitted vehicular access into the park. With Grove Mount and Windsor Mount paths closed, pedestrian access will be via the Boathouse cafe steps on North Shore Road.

In the interests of safety spectators are requested not to bring pets or their own fireworks, including sparklers, onto the site.
