If you want to set yourself a real challenge then look no further than the Tough Mann Adventure Challenge.
Tough Mann started in 2013 and has grown in popularity each year with 100s of competitors from the Island and further afield taking part. In 2017 the event took place on Saturday 5th August at Ballamoar Farm, Ballaugh.
Competitors can tackle a 10km or 20km assault course with obstacles such as bogs, rope scramble, monkey bars and much more.
