Flights operate to the island from many of the regional airports in the British Isles, or if you prefer to travel by boat then you can choose from ports in the Northwest of England (or Ireland).
The Island's airport, Ronaldsway, is located near Castletown, 6.9 miles to the south of the captial, Douglas.

Onward international flight connections can be accessed from most of the above destinations. There are also some direct flights, mainly in peak holiday times, to places such as Faro, Madeira and Cyprus.
