They are not just available to Manninvest clients but to the wider business community who may be looking for flexible space without the commitment to long-term leases.”
The newly refurbished offices are manned during office hours but accessible 24-hours a day. There are a number of private office suites available for between two and six people for a minimum of six months and there are desks available for daily use.

“We are in an accessible, private location on the outskirts of Douglas with free parking. By offering space for a few days or months we take away the pressure of dealing with heating, lighting, furniture and maintenance letting our clients concentrate on their core business.”
