Gough Law announces appointment of two new directors

Litigation firm Gough Law has announced the appointment of two of its senior associate advocates, Andrew Marshall and Chiva Arthurs, as directors.
Andrew has been with the law firm and its predecessor Gough Advocates since 2008, dealing with a broad range of commercial and civil litigation. He specialises in will, trust and property disputes and has extensive experience in contractual disputes. Clients have described Andrew as very approachable and he is recognised for his attention to detail.
Chiva Arthurs came to Gough Law from an in-house position in e-Gaming and has relished her return to private practice as a lead litigator. She obtained her early litigation experience at Keenan's and is highly regarded for her analytical skills and easy grasp of complex issues. She specialises in commercial disputes.
Announcing the appointments, Alan Gough, founder of Gough Law, said: “I’m delighted to announce these two promotions, both of which are thoroughly deserved. I am looking forward to working with Andrew and Chiva in developing the practice further and I am sure they will both have a lot to contribute.”
Gough Law is ranked in the prestigious Band 1 for dispute resolution in the Chambers and Legal 500 directories. Alan Gough has practiced as an advocate since 1975 and is personally ranked as a Band 1 advocate in both directories.
